Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Title Officer. This is a 2-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Onsite). Requirements
- High School or equivalent.
- Ability to handle pro formas, knowledge of endorsements, ability to read a survey.
Responsibilities
- Underwrites, researches and writes Title Policies, in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Responsibilities similar to those of an Escrow and Title Commercial position.
