About The Position

Commercial Title Coordinator Full Time Remote Posted 3 days ago Qualifications: High school diploma, required. Bachelor's degree, preferred. 2-5 years commercial title industry experience. NJ, NY, and/or PA experience required. Computer experience, including Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft Teams a plus. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Prepare pro forma policies for commercial transactions across multiple states. Coordinate directly with underwriters regarding complex requirements, endorsements, procedural questions, and risk-related issues. Serve as a primary daily contact for clients, attorneys, lenders, and internal WWLT team members. Identify missing documents, inconsistencies, and curative items; proactively follow up to keep files moving toward closing. Track all updates related to premiums, endorsements, special rates, special coverages, and underwriter approvals. Maintain organized digital files and ensure compliance with state-specific requirements and underwriter guidelines. Support the commercial closing team with pre-closing packages, updates, and documentation requests. Success Factors/Job Competencies/Skills: Must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Ability to handle heavy client contact on a regular basis and provide exemplary customer service. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees throughout the organization. Must be able to work efficiently, handle deadline pressures, and perform continuous follow-up to meet team-oriented goals.
