Michigan Millers is seeking a Commercial Support Specialist to join our team in our Lansing office! This position is responsible for providing support to our commercial and specialty lines teams.
Requirements
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain focus throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Prior insurance industry experience.
- Prior Guidewire experience.
Responsibilities
- Performs duties that are administrative in nature.
- Keeps accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others.
- Amends policies per agent requests in accordance with authority level.
- Researches agent requests.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
