About The Position

As the Commercial Strategy Analyst, you will support the development and execution of commercial strategies by providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and category analysis. You will play a key role in enabling strategic decisions and optimizing execution.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in relevant field
  • Min 2 years of experience in FMCG, analytics, or commercial planning
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse sales, market, and shopper data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the creation of commercial diagnostics (4Ps) and performance scorecards.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of annual commercial plans and Go-to-Market (4Ps) strategies.
  • Contribute to category reviews, NPD decks, and customer presentations
  • Monitor readiness and execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and support interventions to improve performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management.
  • Support the Manager in stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
