POSITION SUMMARY: The Commercial Strategy Advisor supports the North Fuels Value Chain (FVC) by leading and advancing integrated, long‑term commercial strategies across feedstocks, refining, light products, logistics, and marketing. The role focuses on asset‑level optimization, project development, and capital‑related decisions that enhance sustained value, optionality, and enterprise alignment across the North footprint. The advisor operates as a strategic integrator and influencer, working across Commercial, Refining, Marketing, Trading, Logistics, and Business Development. This role is expected to translate strategic intent into rigorous analysis, actionable recommendations, and clearly framed tradeoffs for senior leadership. The position reports to the Fuels Value Chain – North, Commercial Strategy & Analysis Director and is based in Findlay, Ohio. This position is part of a job family with multiple grade levels. The successful candidate will be placed at a level commensurate with experience and qualifications.
