About The Position

Commercial Solutions Leader – Artificial Intelligence (AI) Role Overview The Commercial Solutions Leader (AI) will package and commercialize an integrated AI offering across Talent Solutions. Partnering with the AI Growth Leader and the HCS Analytics Leader, this leader will convert market demand into scalable, repeatable solutions, assist activating go-to-market (GTM) channels, and support revenue growth by ‘leading from the middle’ and themed sprints across Talent. This leader will help evolve Aon’s AI-driven workforce methodology, enabling clients to anticipate and adapt to the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on jobs, skills, and organizational structures. This leader will focus on Aon’s AI sensitivity analysis, future skills determination, and job reimagination. Over time, the remit will expand to include innovation across Aon’s broader human capital services, including rewards benchmarking, job architecture consulting, and talent assessment. What success looks like: AI Workforce Methodology Leadership Assist in refining Aon’s methodology for assessing AI impact on roles and tasks, including AI sensitivity analysis to identify automation potential and augmentation opportunities. Create frameworks for future skills mapping and workforce capability planning, integrating predictive analytics and scenario modeling. Establish standards for job reimagination, enabling clients to redesign roles and teams for an AI-enabled future. Solution Innovation & Commercialization Design and commercialize scalable approaches that embed AI insights into job architecture, skills frameworks, and talent strategies. Partner with analytics teams to integrate advanced modeling into client solutions, ensuring actionable insights for workforce planning. Go-to-Market Activation & Client Leadership Support the AI Growth Leader in executing the AI go-to-market plan for Talent Solutions—defining target segments, value propositions, pricing, and packaging for advisory and data offerings. Lead executive-level conversations connecting AI to outcomes in skills, job architecture, talent intelligence, pay transparency, performance management, and workforce productivity. Thought Leadership & Community Building Publish research and insights on AI workforce transformation, future skills, and organizational design. Build a collaborative AI & Workforce community across Talent Solutions; curate internal forums and external thought leadership to position Aon as the trusted advisor. Represent Aon in industry forums, shaping best practices for AI-driven talent strategies. Integration & Enablement Train global consulting teams on new frameworks and ensure consistent application. Establish feedback loops to continuously improve methodology based on client outcomes. Support the AI Growth Leader in executing the AI Go-To-Market plan for Talent Solutions—defining target segments, value propositions, pricing, and packaging for advisory and RMCD data offerings.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in HR/Talent consulting, HR Tech, or AI‑enabled solutions with a track record of commercial leadership and GTM execution.
  • Proven experience designing/package‑and‑price service as well as data offerings and enabling field teams with toolkits and playbooks.
  • Comfort engaging CHROs/CFOs and enterprise client leaders; strong narrative skills linking AI to measurable business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI use cases in skills & job architecture, talent intelligence, pay transparency, and performance management.
  • Strong program management, change leadership, and cross‑functional orchestration.
