Reporting directly to the Vice President Commercial Lending, the Commercial Services Officer is responsible for opening, maintaining and closing business accounts in accordance with Credit Union policy, establishing online account profiles for new members, cross-selling additional products, training Member Consultants about business products and services, assisting members with online services and participating in networking or community events when requested.
