Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of commercial service plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
• Pre-Employment Requirements: Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) review
• Background check
• Drug screening

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems
• Service water heaters, boilers, fixtures, piping systems, and drains
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
