Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in category management, purchasing or similar role
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and different software programs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC industry, distribution, and logistics experience
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Eclipse (CRM)

Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Business Development Identify and pursue business opportunities within the commercial market
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
  • Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long- term partnerships
  • Present solutions to meet client needs and challenges
  • Collaborating & Reporting Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management
  • Utilize CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Market & Product Knowledge Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on company products and services
  • Vendor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality products and favorable terms.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to identify potential new suppliers.
