Our Shreveport-Bossier City branch is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated, outgoing sales professional to join our team. Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Pest Control Salesperson to drive new business and build strong client relationships in the commercial sector. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
- 1+ year of outside B2B sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willing to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Conduct inspections of commercial properties to evaluate pest control needs
- Create and present custom service proposals to business decision-makers
- Close contracts and meet/exceed monthly sales goals
- Serve a wide range of industries: restaurants, hotels, healthcare, schools, industrial facilities, and more
- Coordinate with the local Shreveport service team to ensure successful onboarding
