In this role, you’ll partner with businesses to deliver customized pest management solutions that protect their people, properties, and reputations. You’ll own your pipeline, build long-term client relationships, and play a key role in our continued growth. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and follow-through
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a book of commercial clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct site visits, identify client needs, and present tailored pest management solutions
  • Close new business and secure recurring service agreements
  • Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM (tracking leads, proposals, and client interactions)
  • Partner with operations to ensure a seamless handoff and strong client experience
  • Maintain ongoing relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
