Requirements
- 2+ years in outside sales preferred
- Tire industry/automotive industry experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (up to 250 lbs with assistance)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Sell commercial truck, industrial, agricultural, OTR-Earthmover, Intermodal, retread, and new tires
- Promote our unbeatable tire services
- Perform fleet surveys, scrap tire analysis, and implement tire maintenance programs
- Generate weekly call reports and cold-call new leads
- Operate a company vehicle for customer visits and tire service pickups
