We are currently looking for a self-motivated and outgoing individual with strong leadership skills who is looking for a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Sales Representative. The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, estimating bid opportunities from commercial clients/prospects, presenting proposals and closing deals. He or she will find new leads and create estimates for commercial work and ensure that pricing is accurate, competitive, and within company guidelines. In addition, you will manage customer expectations during ongoing projects, which includes, contract change orders, etc. Our ideal candidate is a driven and motivated leader with at least five years of increasingly responsible lead generation/estimating experience that includes leadership responsibilities. He or she must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and motivational skills on the job. A college degree and industry knowledge are preferred.
