Requirements

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Candidates with customer service experience and operations experience can often transition relationship skills to “closing contracts”
  • CRM experience and territory management skills are a plus
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Sell 360clean’s commercial cleaning & facility services in protected territory
  • Prospect new business through outbound calls and email outreach
  • In-person prospecting and relationship-building with local businesses
  • Schedule and conduct walkthroughs with prospective clients
  • Present customized proposals and close new commercial service agreements
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
