About The Position

Are you a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing commercial deals? EverLine Coatings & Services is a rapidly growing commercial pavement maintenance company serving property managers, retail centers, medical campuses, HOAs, and industrial facilities throughout Prince George’s County and Southern Maryland. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative focused on business development to drive growth in our territory. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential for a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, relationship-building, and closing. EverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company. We provide high quality line painting and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, roadways, parkades and warehouses. In addition to painting services, we offer asphalt and concrete repair, sealcoating, crackfiling, epoxy flooring and more. Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (commercial services preferred)
  • Hunter mentality – comfortable generating own leads
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Organized and CRM disciplined
  • Comfortable reading site plans / performing measurements (training provided)
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial services, facilities management, construction, or property management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build relationships with commercial property managers and facility managers
  • Conduct site visits and perform take-offs
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Manage pipeline in CRM
  • Follow up consistently and close contracts
  • Work closely with operations to ensure project execution
