About The Position

HIGH-PERFORMANCE OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE READ THIS FIRST This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for a closer—someone who knows how to generate opportunities, build relationships, and consistently win work. ABOUT US Florida Sealcoating is a 20+ year established asphalt and parking lot maintenance contractor serving commercial properties, HOAs, and national brands across Central Florida. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Build your own pipeline (property managers, HOAs, commercial accounts) by generating your own leads - Prospect daily through calls, visits, and networking - Meet decision-makers and walk properties - Create and present proposals - Follow up consistently until deals are closed - Track all activity in CRM - Stay accountable to your numbers - Attend trade shows and networking events

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working in the field daily
Strong communication skills
Self-driven with no need for micromanagement
Proven ability to close deals
Competitive and results-driven mindset
High sense of urgency
Organized and accountable
Resilient and positive attitude
