About The Position

WBND ABC57 in South Bend, Indiana is seeking a naturally curious, strong communicator, and organized Commercial Producer to lead and manage all aspects of television commercial production from concept through client approval. About the Role Work collaboratively with the Creative Services Team, Sales Team, and clients to deliver high quality television commercials Perform Project Management tasks, including script writing, commercial conception, and managing shooting schedules Contribute to fostering station client relationships in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a video production role within broadcast, digital, or cable environments (required)
• Experience with videography, lighting, audio production, and Adobe editing software (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with proven time management abilities
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Drone Experience and license (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Work daily with the Creative Services and Sales team on commercial shoots and updates on current commercials
• Engage with Sales clients on commercial content preferences
• Coordinate shoot dates and execute writing, shooting, and editing for on-air and online commercials as needed
• Communicate effectively and proactively with cross functional teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned
