We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Sales Manager to lead one of our Austin-based sales teams. In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals focused on driving revenue growth within our US Commercial accounts (organizations with less than 1,000 employees), as well as Federal and SLED entities. Success in this position requires strong leadership, a data-driven approach, and the ability to foster collaboration across marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a fully integrated go-to-market strategy. Achieving work-life balance has never been more important and so Redgate has adopted a flexible-hybrid model. For this role, we’re looking for candidates who live close to our Austin office.
