Fathom Manufacturing is seeking a results-driven Commercial Account Manager to drive customer growth, margin expansion, and cross-site selling within the greater Chicagoland manufacturing ecosystem. This role is embedded at our Elk Grove Village facility — one of the most strategically positioned manufacturing hubs in the country — and is responsible for expanding our customer footprint within a 100-mile radius. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a commercial professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to unlock growth at the site level, and wants to play a direct role in shaping the future of a key facility within a leading national advanced manufacturing network.
