Requirements

Ability to travel and support multi shops within the district.
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
2+ years of automotive shop management experience
1+ year of service advisor experience or strong demonstrated sales ability
Self-aware, servant leader with experience managing people, including:
Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Conducting reviews, corrective actions, investigations, and terminations when needed
Proven ability to motivate teams, problem-solve, and take initiative
Comfortable interpreting financials, discounts, percentages, and performance metrics
Experience managing a P&L and understanding how line-item decisions impact results
