The Commercial Sales Summer Intern will support the Commercial Sales team through strategic database improvement initiatives, market research, and targeted marketing campaign development. This internship provides hands-on exposure to sales operations, market expansion strategy, and revenue growth initiatives within a competitive commercial environment. This internship is structured as a project-based experience to be completed within the 12-week program. This position is located at the Dallas Corporate office and is an onsite internship opportunity. This is not a remote role. The selected intern will present project outcomes at our annual Intern Expo Day on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. Program Details Program Dates: Monday, May 18, 2026 – Friday, August 7, 2026 Length: 12 Weeks Schedule: Full-time, hourly Required: Must be available for the full program duration and attend/present at Intern Expo Day

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Service Butler Database Optimization Assist with database cleanup and data validation Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Support new initiatives to strengthen database accuracy and usability
  • Market Research & Expansion Strategy Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities Analyze geographic and segment-based growth potential Support recommendations to capture additional market share
  • Targeted Marketing Campaigns Assist in developing campaigns focused on franchisees and general contractors Support messaging strategy tailored to specific commercial segments Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with brand objectives
  • Product Category Growth Initiatives Support campaigns designed to increase sales in key product categories including Exteriors, LVT, and Quartz Assist with performance tracking and reporting
