About The Position

Commercial Sales Intern – Summer 2026 Location: Manchester, NH. This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. This Commercial Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting our New Hampshire Large Group Sales team in various projects relating but not limited to, healthcare cost analytics, full-cycle sales processes, and client communications. This internship is an opportunity to gain an in-depth, full circle understanding of sales within the healthcare industry from seasoned mentors and leaders within our organization. This internship will be a full-time (40 hours/week) program that will run for 10 weeks (May 18th, 2026 – July 24th, 2025).

Requirements

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and work in-office at least three days per week.
  • Currently enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college/university.

Nice To Haves

  • Business Administration or similar degree-tracks are preferred, but all majors are welcome to apply
  • Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner, as training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
  • Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with mentors to build scripts and a prospecting tool to optimize current processes
  • Strategize and assist in organizing client presentations
  • Assist in planning document reviews to learn benefits and other relevant industry documentation
  • Learn about benefit data inputs into Salesforce and support subsequent data analysis
  • Observe the processes of external strategy/renewal meetings and participate in light broker events
