The Commercial (CML) Sales Engagement Specialist will work directly with our Commercial Banking sales colleagues to deliver the “ecosystem” of sales tools they need to win new business, specifically supporting Salesforce (MAX) engagement as our Commercial Bank Sales CRM. This position will lead our MAX Champion Network with the field to bring Salesforce knowledge and issue resolution closer to the colleagues who need it. Also, this role will provide training and ongoing office hours support, develop job aids and other materials to help colleagues be more efficient with MAX, and act as a liaison with CML sales colleagues, MAX champions, CML Administration Data and Insights, and other internal teams. In this position, you will be an enthusiastic innovator, working with the Commercial Bank Digital strategy team to continually evaluate and evolve MAX to make our bankers even more effective. You will also exercise your creative problem-solving skills to identify where sales colleagues are having issues and look for solutions with the toolset available. A core component of this position will be to develop strong relationships with the sales field to ensure communication and training is effective.
