Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales, Construction Sales,
- Proven track record as a hunter —consistently winning new accounts and exceeding KPIs
- Strong background in cold calling , territory penetration, and developing new markets
- Understanding of commercial construction , renovation processes, or solution-based selling
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required)
Responsibilities
- Prospect aggressively to expand the commercial client base—using cold calling, targeted outreach, and in-person visits
- Jumpstart pipelines and generate new construction and renovation opportunities in commercial properties
- Identify and engage C-Level executives , facility managers, general contractors, property managers, architects, and other key decision-makers
- Establish, grow, and maintain high-value Key Account relationships
- Forecast, plan, and streamline sales processes to drive commercial market growth
- Educate clients on Bath Fitter’s PermaFit solution to help them maximize ROI
