Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience; commercial construction or painting industry experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and energetic
  • Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate, develop, and grow relationships with top commercial clients and strategic partners
  • Present innovative, value-driven painting solutions that clearly differentiate CertaPro from competitors
  • Build and execute targeted account plans for key markets and customer segments
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the CertaPro brand
  • Leverage networking opportunities to expand your professional reach and uncover new business opportunities
  • Manage and oversee commercial jobs from start to finish to ensure quality, efficiency, and a smooth customer experience
  • Build strong relationships with our commercial crews; help align each project with the ideal crew based on skills, performance, and project type
  • Assist with scheduling and overseeing all commercial projects to ensure successful execution
  • Develop production plans that support achieving — or exceeding — projected gross margins
