The Commercial Sales Associate II provides ongoing Commercial Customer service documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts. This role involves providing professional and efficient service to both external and internal Customers, analyzing transaction structures, and performing various customer service functions. The associate also offers administrative support to Relationship Managers, assists in loan closings by clearing conditions and preparing packages, and supports financial statement tracking. Key duties include processing payments, advances, wires, and line of credit adjustments, as well as assisting the Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, and correspondence. The role may also involve acting as an initial Customer service contact, initiating and facilitating Customer research for complex issues, and providing notary services. Furthermore, the Commercial Sales Associate II serves as a resource for mentoring other Commercial Sales Associates and contributes to the development and recommendation of procedures and process flows.
