The Commercial Sales Associate II provides ongoing Commercial Customer service documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts. This role involves providing professional and efficient service to external and internal Customers, analyzing transaction structures, and performing various customer service functions. The associate also provides administrative support to Relationship Managers, assists in closing loans, and supports financial statement tracking and processing of various transactions like payments and advances. They also help with reporting, correspondence preparation, and may act as an initial customer service contact for research and transaction processing, especially for more complex issues. The role also includes mentoring Commercial Sales Associates and assisting in procedure development.
