Position Title: Commercial Sales and Marketing Representative Location: Based in Denver, CO. Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or related industries required — direct experience selling or managing restoration/mitigation services highly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of mitigation processes (water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, mold remediation, fire/smoke damage protocols, contents handling) and construction/reconstruction fundamentals (scoping rebuild projects, coordinating trades, building systems, estimating repairs, Xactimate or similar software a plus)
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills — confident and engaging when delivering one-on-one consultations, small-group client presentations, ERP walkthroughs, continuing education sessions, industry events, association meetings, or networking functions; able to captivate audiences, handle technical Q&A.
  • A hunter mentality with a strategic, consultative approach to account development — able to speak technically and persuasively with clients, COIs (e.g., adjusters, contractors, property managers), and stakeholders about full-cycle solutions from emergency mitigation through complete rebuild
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; self-starter who thrives independently and on a team
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and reporting metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience in restoration/construction)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with commercial property management, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and/or multifamily verticals is a plus
  • Local market knowledge of Denver Metro area

Responsibilities

  • Develop new commercial business relationships and expand existing accounts within your assigned territory
  • Educate clients on SERVPRO’s restoration and construction capabilities, showcasing our full range of emergency and capital project solutions
  • Complete and present Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) for key accounts, establishing preparedness plans for potential disaster events
  • Identify and cultivate a "Target 25" – your top 25 priority accounts for long-term strategic development
  • Deliver one-on-one presentations with centers of influence (COIs) and key stakeholders to drive referrals and brand loyalty
  • Lead and host Lunch and Learn sessions for targeted commercial accounts, property management groups, industry associations, and centers of influence
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and continuing education courses
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
