Commercial Roofing Production Manager
About The Position
Royalty Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Division Manager to help lead and grow our low-slope commercial roofing operations. This role manages the entire lifecycle of commercial roofing projects - including estimating, client consultation, and production oversight for TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, and metal roofing systems. You'll work alongside our sales team during the pre-construction phase to evaluate roofs, recommend systems, develop estimates, and help close projects. Once sold, you oversee production to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience with commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM)
- Experience estimating or planning commercial roofing projects
- Leadership experience managing roofing crews or foremen
- Ability to read roof plans, scopes, and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Commercial roofing management experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead production and estimating for the commercial roofing division
- Evaluate roofs and develop accurate project estimates
- Meet with building owners, property managers, and contractors
- Manage commercial reroof, repair, and maintenance projects
- Lead and develop commercial foremen and field crews
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment
- Ensure proper installation of TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, and metal roofing systems
- Maintain OSHA-compliant job sites and strong quality control
- Support warranty, service, and maintenance programs
