Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic are key to success here. Job Summary Horizon Roofing is seeking Commercial Roofers for North Dakota. This is a permanent full-time position working with experienced crews to install and repair commercial roofing systems. The work is physical, outdoors, and offers long-term growth with a company that invests heavily in training.

Requirements

• Roofing or construction experience preferred
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation
• Safety-minded, dependable, attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to work outdoors year-round
• Must pass a physical, drug test, and background check

Responsibilities

• Install and repair commercial roofing systems
• Tear-off old materials and prep roofs
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Lay insulation, glue, prime, roll seams, nail edges
• Install reinforced perimeter strips and follow fastening patterns
• Operate power tools and rooftop equipment
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment
• Follow instructions from Foreman and crew leads
• Communicate clearly and work safely at heights
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Occasional weekend work when needed
