Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimating or project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation practices.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and On-Screen Takeoff software.
- Excellent communicator
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates, material packages, and schedules for commercial roofing projects (low-slope and steep-slope systems).
- Review plans and specifications to develop detailed take-offs for labor, materials, and timelines.
- Sell and support projects involving TPO, PVC, EPDM, asphalt, architectural metal systems, wall-hung canopies, and custom metal fabrications.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure cost-effective, high-quality proposals.
- Collaborate with leadership and customers to deliver exceptional results.
