Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Experience with estimating software Buildertrend & Microsoft Excel preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment
- Solicit, review, and level subcontractor bids from our established directory
- Develop preliminary and final estimates
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with clients
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Support bid presentations & project handoff
