Drive strategic decisions with the project team to keep budgets tight and schedules realistic. Provide proactive updates to customers and general contractors-no surprises, ever. Send and track RFIs to keep information flowing and issues unblocked. Process change orders and approve invoices-accurately, promptly, and with full documentation. Schedule and run Close-Out meetings to ensure punch lists are finished and clients are thrilled. This Commercial Project Manager position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM.
