About The Position

The Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception through completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, resources, and ensuring that projects meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with extensive experience in commercial construction management.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects, such as office buildings, retail centers, healthcare facilities, or industrial complexes.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and make effective project-related decisions.
Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management in construction.
Ability to negotiate contracts, manage resources, and maximize project profitability.
