About The Position

The Commercial Project Installer supports the installation of commercial HVAC systems, working under the direction of a Lead Installer or Project Manager. This position plays a key role in delivering clean, code‑compliant, professional installations that meet Sensigreen’s standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• 1–3 years commercial or residential HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)
• Basic understanding of duct systems, refrigerant piping, and mechanical components
• Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings (training provided)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn advanced commercial installation skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and rooftops

Nice To Haves

• EPA Certification a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC ductwork, equipment, refrigerant piping, insulation, and accessories
• Assist with layout and installation based on mechanical drawings and specifications
• Work closely with Lead Installers and Project Managers to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Operate lifts, power tools, and installation equipment safely and correctly
• Support equipment start‑ups, testing, and documentation as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and other trades on site
• Represent Sensigreen professionally on all job sites
