About The Position

Commercial Pricing Specialist Do you have the financial knowledge and ability to be an advisor for our internal departments? What you would do as our Commercial Pricing Specialist As a Commercial Pricing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to evolve and analyze Key and Asset Management's pricing strategy, as well as supporting major bid opportunities Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for setting and monitoring central pricing and supporting Business Units with their pricing strategy. You would also: Set, control, and support pricing strategies for Traka Tech across regions, including regional price setting, strategic bids, and global strategic accounts. Develop and maintain pricing and costing models for products, services, and support, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and new product/service development. Monitor and analyze pricing performance and product costs, including YOY changes, discounting trends, and monthly cost reviews by region, product, and sector. Manage pricing systems and controls within business platforms like Salesforce and SAP, collaborating with Business Systems and regional sales leads to ensuring robust approval processes. Support business case development and post-launch analysis, working closely with Product Management and regional teams to optimize pricing decisions and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Has finance/accounting experience or qualification, with a focus on reporting and analysis.
  • Is familiar with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Has Salesforce expertise, ideally including report building and CPQ functionality.
  • Possesses advanced Excel skills and can manipulate and analyze large data sets effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong self-management skills, with the ability to independently handle workload and priorities.

Responsibilities
