About The Position

The Commercial Pricing & Profitability Associate will support the execution of pricing strategies across our 7,100 active SKUs and 166 categories. This role is hands on in maintaining pricing governance, monitoring margins, and ensuring synchronization of pricing across ERP, WMS, and our e commerce channels. The Associate will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure pricing accuracy, margin visibility, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, pricing, FP and A, or data analytics.
  • Strong Excel and BI skills required. SQL is a plus.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Interest in developing into a Pricing Manager role within 3 to 5 years.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer and item pricing within the ERP, ensuring consistency across B2B and e commerce platforms.
  • Support governance of contracts, rebates, and promotional pricing programs.
  • Track GS1 compliance and UPC synchronization to ensure accurate downstream pricing.
  • Analyze cost per case, rebate impacts, and freight allocations to measure customer and SKU level profitability.
  • Build and maintain reporting in BI dashboards to highlight pricing leakage and margin opportunities.
  • Assist in financial reconciliations tied to customer profitability.
  • Support the rollout of new pricing workflows and reporting dashboards.
  • Partner with IT to validate pricing automation across ERP and WMS systems.
  • Document process gaps and propose improvements to pricing workflows.
  • Conduct competitive pricing research and track category trends.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with promotional pricing analysis.
  • Monitor elasticity in high volume categories such as produce, dairy, and proteins.
