About The Position

FM2, Lee Company’s facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians. Summary of Job: To provide leadership through positive mentoring of the Plumbing Service technicians. Also aids in support of Operations Manager, MEP Supervisor, and Account Coordinator.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Journeyman's Licenses
  • 5 Years of Plumbing Experiences
  • Technical Knowledge: Keep technical knowledge up to date on equipment and concepts; when presented with a problem, knows what to do, why, and whether to repair or replace; search out and read applicable manuals, belong to and participate in technical organizations to improve technical knowledge.

  • Team Leader will lead and facilitate safety meetings/toolbox talks.
  • The team leader will also abide by all Lee Company safety rules and policies as well as all customer rules and policies.
  • Any instruction, teaching, and promotion of a safe work environment will be first and foremost.
  • Aids in providing sales with the correct model numbers, parts list, and time needed to complete the job.
  • This position will also alert and assist in finding/creating new sales opportunities.
  • Training of technicians includes on-the-job, classroom, and vendor training. This training will include work in areas of communication, trade-specific fixtures and equipment, and any other areas that might need development to grow individual techs and the group as a whole.
