Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, installation, and layout
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and coordinate with multiple trades
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of foreman or lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with code requirements and company standards
• Work closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, timesheets, and material logs
• Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to apprentices and plumbers
• Promote a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies
