About The Position

Seeking a Commercial Plumbing Foreman for a direct hire opportunity with our client in East Point, GA. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, company vehicle and phone, as well as overtime opportunities! Pay is between $32 - $40 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements

4+ years of commercial plumbing experience
Journeyman plumber license preferred
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation practices, and local codes
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proven leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews on commercial job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment for assigned projects
Ensure all plumbing work complies with applicable codes and company standards
Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to the project manager
Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers
Promote job site safety and enforce company safety policies
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise
