We are committed to quality, innovation, and professional growth. We’re currently seeking a skilled Commercial Plumbing Estimator and Designer to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plumbing estimating and designing.
- Proficiency with plumbing estimating software, such as Fast-Pipe.
- Strong AutoCAD skills for plumbing system design (preferred).
- Solid understanding of construction job costing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Plumbing license (preferred).
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate plumbing system takeoffs using computerized estimating software (Fast-Pipe).
- Develop detailed estimates and proposals to secure project bids.
- Collaborate with the VP, Construction Department Manager, Project Managers, and team members to develop estimates, facilitate project handoffs, and support throughout construction.
- Assist in designing and pricing plumbing systems for design-build projects.
- Price change orders and modifications during project execution.
- Attend pre-bid and post-project meetings with clients and contractors.
