The Commercial Plaza Security is responsible for overseeing daily security operations in a high-paced, high-traffic shopping environment . This role requires a strong officer who can maintain safety, enforce site procedures, and ensure a professional security presence while supporting a culture of accountability and customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial plaza or retail security (required)
Driving post experience (required)
Clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) (required)
Strong knowledge of security procedures, public safety, and incident response
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage personnel and coordinate activities efficiently
Physically able to perform job duties, including standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

Supervise daily plaza security operations to ensure safety and compliance with company standards
Monitor high-traffic areas and respond quickly to incidents, disturbances, or safety concerns
Oversee security personnel, post assignments, and access control procedures
Enforce site rules consistently while maintaining a visible and professional presence
Conduct routine patrols and inspections throughout the plaza
Communicate effectively with management, tenants, and the public
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate daily logs
