The Commercial Pipe Fitter / Welder Foreman will be responsible for supervising a team of welders and pipe fitters on a commercial construction project in Dallas, TX. The foreman will oversee daily operations to ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Key responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, maintaining productivity, enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring quality control throughout fabrication and installation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipe fitting, welding supervision, and blueprint interpretation, with the ability to lead by example and coordinate effectively with project managers and field superintendents.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of commercial or industrial pipefitting and welding experience
Proven leadership experience supervising fitters and welders on job sites or in fabrication shops
Skilled in layout, fitting, and welding (TIG, MIG, Stick, or Carbon Steel preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
Strong understanding of pipe systems, materials, and installation techniques
Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
