Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Personal &/or Commercial Insurance Accounts.
• Active FL 2-20 license (a must-have!).
• Strong ability to meet with clients and provide expert insurance mitigation strategies.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to connect with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Advise and consult with clients, ensuring they have the best coverage for their unique needs.
• Manage and grow a book of business, handling renewals, endorsements, and servicing accounts.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, offering solutions to round out personal and commercial accounts.
• Partner strategically with the sales team to optimize client retention and expansion.
• Review policies for accuracy, ensuring proper coverage and rating calculations.
• Process endorsements, invoices, certificates, proposals, and policy summaries.
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and partners to market and quote new and renewal business.
• Take on special projects as assigned by leadership to enhance our client service experience.
