Requirements

  • An active 2-20 insurance license is required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an established commercial insurance agent.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with AMS360 is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a balanced mix of outbound prospecting and leverage internal referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts for small to large businesses across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and tailored coverage solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental goals and support organizational growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure clients receive current and effective insurance solutions.
