Commercial Partnerships Manager
About The Position
The Commercial Partnerships Manager drives asset performance and revenue growth across PMC’s Commercial Parking portfolio by identifying strategic opportunities, strengthening external partnerships, and executing operational enhancement initiatives. This role focuses on maximizing asset utilization, enhancing customer experience, and developing value-driven relationships with property owners, vendors, local businesses, and regulatory stakeholders. With a commercial and hospitality-driven mindset, this position identifies underutilized opportunities, manages improvement projects, and delivers measurable performance impact across the Nashville market.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in operations, commercial real estate, hospitality, logistics, property management, events, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing projects or vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the Nashville market regularly to conduct site visits and partner meetings.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period. Candidates must also pass and maintain a clean background check.
