About The Position

The Commercial Partnerships Manager drives asset performance and revenue growth across PMC’s Commercial Parking portfolio by identifying strategic opportunities, strengthening external partnerships, and executing operational enhancement initiatives. This role focuses on maximizing asset utilization, enhancing customer experience, and developing value-driven relationships with property owners, vendors, local businesses, and regulatory stakeholders. With a commercial and hospitality-driven mindset, this position identifies underutilized opportunities, manages improvement projects, and delivers measurable performance impact across the Nashville market.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in operations, commercial real estate, hospitality, logistics, property management, events, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing projects or vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the Nashville market regularly to conduct site visits and partner meetings.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period.
  • Candidates must also pass and maintain a clean background check.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify revenue opportunities within physical assets and market conditions.
  • Relationship Development: Builds trust-based external partnerships that generate measurable value.
  • Project Management: Manages multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Market Awareness: Understands Nashville commercial, hospitality, and event-driven parking demand dynamics.
  • Vendor Coordination: Oversees third-party execution with accountability and performance oversight.
  • Analytical Thinking: Interprets occupancy, rate, and performance data to guide decisions.
  • Communication Excellence: Professional written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
