As a Commercial Partner Account Manager, you will own a book of active partners within our Commercial ecosystem — driving revenue growth, deepening relationships, and identifying new opportunities for Klaviyo and its partners to win together. This role is ideal for an Account Executive or someone coming from a sales forward Partner role looking to apply their sales expertise in a high-impact, strategic capacity. You will leverage strong consultative and deal-making skills to understand your partners' business models and growth strategies, identifying ways Klaviyo can help them — and their clients — grow. In this role, you are responsible for building and managing relationships with Klaviyo partners, articulating the value of Klaviyo, differentiating Klaviyo from competing solutions, managing business development opportunities (including co-selling) with your partners, and coaching your partners on how to grow their business and profitability with Klaviyo.
