Commercial Part time Locksmith Technician
About The Position
The Locksmith and Doors Technician subcontractor position will provide commercial locksmith, rekey, door hardware depairs and door installs as needed. This is a temporary as needed position. It is not a full time position. It is a subcontractor position with an agreed contractor agreement. Compensation will be based on the project The responsibilities of a FlyLock Security Solutions Locksmith subscontractor consist of the following: Visit client sites south side of Atlanta cities in own vehicle. Diagnose and provide solutions for customer security needs. Install, service, maintain, repair, replace doors, frames, locks, keys, door hardware, door closers, panic devices, smart locks and more for commercial buildings. Install/repin/rekey locks Install doors/locks/door hardware Duplicate keys as needed. Assist FlyLock technicians
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ year’s experience in technical hands-on field experience in locksmithing, doors, frames, door hardware, and other skilled trades.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Great problem solver and fast learner
- Provide a high level of timely, high quality & accurate customer service
- Must be able to fluently understand, speak, and write English.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs-100 lbs.
- Ability to do all physical activity and skills needed for the job.
- Pass background, drug and reference screens
- Must have own reliable transportation to drive to sites
- Must have smart phone to look at work orders
- Must carry own liability insurance and workers compensation insurance
