About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and optimize commercial operations across systems, data, and go-to-market workflows in a high-growth, mission-driven environment. The Commercial Operations Program Manager will translate commercial strategy into scalable execution by designing, administering, and improving tools, processes, and performance metrics that drive business growth. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Analytics teams, this role ensures that operational processes are efficient, measurable, and aligned with organizational priorities. You will lead initiatives across CRM, marketing automation, outbound tooling, and web analytics to enable data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is analytical, system-savvy, and experienced in connecting cross-functional teams to drive GTM excellence. This position allows for remote work, while fostering collaboration and impact across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration; certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot administration and integrating CRM with marketing automation, outbound, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to design systems that reflect real business processes.
  • Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating complex GTM needs into practical, scalable execution.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud), HubSpot, and outbound tooling, ensuring governance, role hierarchies, flows, and validation rules are maintained.
  • Oversee integration and data architecture between CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and other commercial systems.
  • Establish and maintain data hygiene, naming conventions, tagging, and documentation to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Define and maintain MQL → SQL → pipeline → member start mappings, and develop dashboards for performance monitoring, campaign ROI, and GTM effectiveness.
  • Manage website operations and CMS updates, enabling controlled, measurable go-to-market launches and content experiments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align funnel mechanics with business objectives and operational realities.
  • Support change management and enablement as new workflows, tools, and processes are rolled out.
